Terms of Service

Foreword

1. This "Terms of Service" is formulated to provide customers with high-quality and stable services and to provide a basis for dispute resolution.
2. Accepting to these Terms of Service is required when purchasing services or products. Those who have purchased services or products and completed payment are deemed to agree to the "Terms of Service".
3. Users enjoy the relevant rights stipulated in this "Terms of Service", and must perform the relevant obligations stipulated in this clause. Disputes between users and SChost during the use of product services shall be handled in accordance with this clause.
4. Implicitly reserves the right of final interpretation of this user service agreement.

Terms of Use

1. The hosts sold by SChost do not include data security guarantees, even hosts using raid10+BBU architecture do not include data security guarantees. In case of data loss, only compensation such as service time is provided, and your data cannot be compensated. Compensation for the value!
2. The host products sold by SChost are prohibited from using SSR/V2ry/OpenVPN/PPTP/L2TP and other tools that endanger the network security of China's three major telecom operators;
3. In order to ensure the stability of network data packet transmission, disable multiple packet sending tools such as Finalspeed, and prohibit continuous occupation of a large amount of bandwidth;
4. It is forbidden to store, provide, and publish content that violates the laws of the region where the server is located and the laws of China in the products and services provided by SChost;
5. Unauthorized individuals and businesses are prohibited from reselling or publicly sharing SChost's services or products;
6. It is forbidden to run software that consumes a lot of CPU, bandwidth, and hard disk resources, such as traffic mining, various types of virtual currency, video hangup, cluster computing, traffic mutual brushing, and collection.
7. It is forbidden to use the host to send external and internal packets, ARP attack, ARP hijacking, scanning for weak passwords, malicious brute force and interference with other server operations.
8. When using SChost products and services, it must be done in accordance with the premise of Chinese law;
9. SChost only guarantees the normal operation of the products and services sold and provided, and has no obligation to provide assistance for all software problems;
10. Rationally use the work order support system, respect customer service, prohibit abusive customer service, send meaningless work orders, and continue to harass/tangle work order customer service, work order bombing, etc., if abusive customer service is found, malicious If the reputation of SChost is damaged, our company will reserve all legal rights.
11. With the exception of dedicated server series, no user is allowed to nest virtualization privately.

Money Back Guarantee and Chargeback Disputes

All products provide a 1-day money-back guarantee service (the refund fee is subject to the description on the product page), except in the following cases:
1. Violates as described in these Terms of Service
2. This "Terms of Service" is a list, but user behavior clearly affects the normal use of other users and the normal operation of the SChost server
3. The traffic used exceeds 10G (total traffic, subject to background traffic statistics)
4. The allocated IP is blocked by GFW or country or region
5. One account can be refunded only once for one type of product
6. Except for products marked with no money-back guarantee
